1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KRYLIA Content Protection Services ("KRYLIA", "we", "our") through krylia.net. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use KRYLIA services.

2.2 Compliance

You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify KRYLIA immediately at legal@krylia.app of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Identity

Users may register identities (nicknames) for platform activities. Legal names are stored securely and are never publicly displayed.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

Starter Protection, Active Protection, and Advanced Control are available at the prices published on krylia.net. Prices are in Euros and subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods and invoices are managed through the platform.

4.3 Add-ons

Emergency Takedowns (€49–149/incident) and Privacy Shield (€19/month) are optional and billed according to the published rates at time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Lawful Use

You may use KRYLIA only for lawful purposes consistent with the platform's intent to protect your own content from unauthorized redistribution.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Users may not attempt to circumvent, exploit, or abuse KRYLIA services, submit false takedown requests, or interfere with third-party systems through the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Enforcement Action Only

KRYLIA takes steps to enforce DMCA and GDPR takedown requests, but cannot guarantee content removal. Emergency Takedown guarantees enforcement action within 24 hours — not guaranteed removal.

6.2 Service Limitations

You acknowledge that some websites may not cooperate and that complete removal of content may not always be achievable.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify KRYLIA against claims arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All KRYLIA branding, software, content, and materials are the property of KRYLIA or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, in competent Swiss courts.
